With a brilliant menu to match the spectacular views, Harbourside Grill serves a delicious grill-centric menu laced with modern French finesse, featuring superior cuts ranging from premium USDA certified cuts, Argentinian sirloins, Japanese A5 Wagyu steaks, dry-aged filets and shareable côte de boeuf.
The restaurant entrance features an impressive chic cocktail bar, before arriving in the relaxed brasserie-inspired main dining room. Dressed in rich burgundy leather, warm wooden timber notes and soft amber lighting, the décor provides an intimate yet elegant atmosphere. Completed with a spacious outdoor terrace, guests at Harbourside Grill can enjoy cool sea breezes and gorgeous sunset watching, before the city slowly drifts into the evening and lights up its iconic skyline.

Armand Sablon
The kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Armand Sablon, a seasoned culinary artist with a taste for culinary classics, revisited with flair for the modern gourmet palates. A recipient of the coveted Roux Scholarship, Chef Armand worked at some of Europe’s leading restaurants, including three Michelin-starred Auberge de l’Ill in Alsace, France, and prominent five-star hotel restaurants in London. His style blends European flavours with contemporary steakhouse-style cuisine, bringing appetizing recipes from the coasts of France to the shores of Tsim Sha Tsui at Harbourside Grill.
