The Lunar New Year 5-course menu crafted by Chef Armand Sablon features grillhouse classics inspired by French culinary finesse. A Fine de Claire Oyster with Crystal Caviar is a refreshing starter, before moving onto a homemade pressed Foie Gras with Truffle. For mains, pick between the signature Sea Bass with a velvety lobster bisque, or a supremely tender duo of M5 Wagyu Sirloin and Beef Cheek served with truffle mash. To finish, a warm slice of freshly baked Apple Tarte Tatin ends the spectacular night.

To celebrate the Year of the Snake, Boticario brings the heartful and convivial cuisine of Argentina on the East TST shores, in a shareable menu packed with flavours, priced at $498 only per person ($248 for kids), it includes Three Starters, Steak with sides & Seafood pasta, two Desserts.
