Celebrated as one of Italy’s most innovative and decorated chefs, with a remarkable collection of 14 Michelin stars across his restaurants, he is known for seamlessly blending traditional Italian techniques with avant-garde innovations.

This exclusive occasion promises guests an unforgettable journey through modern Italian cuisine and Chef Bartolini's most iconic dishes. Alongside talented SPIGA's resident Chef Pasquale Russo, he will showcase six of his all-time signatures including the half-fried Mazara Red Prawn balanced by a vibrant tang from tamarind gel; the "Evoluzione" of Beetroot Risotto, blending tangy, nutty, and fruity notes; and the Slow-cooked Veal Cheek, paired with a duo of squid ink and curried bread sauces, hearty yet delicate. The Warm Chocolate Mousse as finale bring a luxurious finish.
